At Mafalda Soares Label, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under Portuguese and EU law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, with no need to give a reason. To start a return, contact us at info@mafaldasoareslabel.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Return conditions
Items must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging. Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for a refund.
Who pays for return shipping
- Our error or a faulty item: return shipping is on us — no cost to you.
- Change of mind: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically via your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return the original item (following the conditions above) and place a new order.
Faulty items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@mafaldasoareslabel.com with photos of the issue — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
